Bad first order experience—by Disappointed from Warren Ri | 5/15/2013
We order pens for a specific event. Selected a pen that had a very short lead time, and was assured it would be here in time. It was not. It took over a week for the shipping once the pens were produced. We did not accept delivery as it was two days after the event, and am expecting a full refund on a major failure by Amsterdam.
