I have always ordered from this company and they are always prompt with getting the order to you. I was expecting my order within 2 weeks and since my order was confirmed with the company I thought all was good. Well , I called because I had not received it. What happened was that my order had been delivered to the incorrect Suite #. I have not yet received the order so we are going on 4 weeks now. The customer service was very nice about it, offered to reprint and sent out ASAP.

I like that I got to try the pen before I ordered it. Sometimes you order them and they just aren't what you are expecting. They write great and look even better. Great pen and engraving.

The product is great. We had a problem with engraving, but Amsterdam worked hard to resolve it. We are very pleased with the final result.

I ordered these pens for the head of my ladies' organzation to give out as tokens of appreciation. The quality is amazing for the price. Everyone was so impressed with the way they look and the smooth handling of the pen.
