i have ordered 100 of these calendars from amsterdam for the last 3 years and this year they were horrible. i placed my order in sept. and they had a problem with my artwork (same artwork i used last year) but failed to contact me about the problem for 3 weeks (via email or phone). it then took them 3 more weeks to start my order, then it was delayed again because they didn't have the inserts for the covers. when i finally got my order which was wrong (they sent and charged me for 100 more than i ordered) and the sky blue covers i ordered came as a washed out grey that looked like they'd been ran thru the washing machine. i'm embarrassed to give them to my customers but have no choice cause i have no idea what they'd send to replace them with.
