I had been looking for a pen to replace a style I had ordered several years ago and was quite happy with. As with all things, that one was discontinued... This Montabella pen is a very nice replacement! Your service was wonderful; printing accurate & fast. I am very happy.

On pens the street name was not capitalize. Then got discount for doubling order, and when they did they changed color of pen. Got parcel credit when I called.

The ink flows well, the rubber grip is comfortable, the thickness is good for people with grip problems or arthritis, so it is preferable to many, and the print is on the correct side of the barrel. I especially like the red ones.

We have been ordering these pens for at least 5 years to give to our clients. Many of them comment that they are the best pens around. They love the feel and the smooth flowing ink. Some even joke that they come back year after year just for the pens!
