Muscle Car Wall Calendar

We have ordered from this company many times (not calendars) and I have to say, this was the most HORRIBLE experience. I have never seen such an unorganized company. I ordered the calendars in October with imprinted envelopes which I paid $21 to have imprinted. I received them about 2 weeks later and the envelopes were not imprinted. I called and talked to a rep on Nov 3rd who assured me that I would receive them by Nov. 9th because that was the soonest he could get them to me, hmmm. Well that date came and went with no envelopes. I talked to another rep on the 10th, who also assured me that I would get them in the next day or two and she would check with the department that handles that and call me back. Plus she would refund the $21. Well I didn't hear from her and still to this date Nov 16th, still hadn't. I called AGAIN, and talked to another rep on the 10th, who assured me that she would get it taken care of and I would have them by overnight mail and she would take care of it personally and would also call me back. Well, I still hadn't heard from her either. That was on a Thursday and I FINALLY got them on Tuesday so, AGAIN it took almost a week and a half to get the screw up that they caused, not to mention the overnight mail took 5 days. Not really overnight is it? I wish people would quit telling their customers what they think we want to hear and take care of the problems. Especially since they created it.

When I received the calendars I was disappointed as the ink had smeared on several of them. I sent an e-mail to customer service informing them and hoped to receive a discount. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the entire shipment a second time that were in perfect condition! Thank you for such fine service.
