We've ordered the pen gift boxes from the Union Pen Company for several years. They make an excellent gift box for our promotional pens that we also order from Union Pen to give out to our history & geography department majors. They are strong and can be stacked on a shelf easily.

The "Generic" Boxes were never received. I have called numerous time and have been told they were shipped. As of today, April 4th I have not received them.
Resolution Update — Sorry for the confusion. We think it’s always a great idea to include Gift Boxes when our pens are given with that in mind. They ship at the same time under ordinary circumstances but we dropped the ball here. As we promised in our phone call with the customer today they are going out 2-day air as requested.
