Pink Delane Pen

I have ordered many pens from Amsterdam over the years and last year I tried the Delane. It had nice lines and the fact that it was laser-inscribed was a plus (my previous order of plastic pens had the logo wearing off). I ordered the pens with the blue ink and when they arrived I was in dis-belief - the pen was even nicer than I imagined it would be. It has a solid, heavy feel and the pen colors were intense - especially the black, emerald, aquamarine, and saphire. These pens are simple, elegant, and exude a touch of class. Every one of my clients who received one loved it and many told me it was their favorite pen. Since my initial order, I have re-ordered 3 times, my last order being 150 of the new Pink color. My business partner thinks I am nuts for spending money on these pens, but when he sees the clients reaction, he backs off. Tese pens are addicting - I love passing them out when a client is checking out. There was only one time when I had a slight issue with the pen... one of y orders the tops of the pens were not screwed on all the way - in fairness, after notifying Amsterdam of this issue, it has never since recurred and appears to be handled. So, it's a great pen - yo can buy a less expensive pen, but not a nicer pen that gets such a positive response.

Great service. Very responsive. The gentleman I was deaing with in the beginning was great. I do not remember his name off the top of my head but I am sure it's on a phone record somewhere. He gave me a great deal. Although when I ordered I was not told they were out of stock, it wasn't too big of a deal because I was not in desperate need of them at that time. In regards to shipping, I was a little worried as they came in 2 different shipments days apart but they all got here. The overall product is perfect! Just as I suspected they would be.

First of all, Amsterdam got these pens to me at the speed of light! I am very pleased with the engraving and the over all appearance is lovely. The final cost was higher than I anticipated but everyone who I have given them to is thrilled so I guess it's ok.
