Ordered the delane pens and loved them but could not get pink in the assorted colors so had to order these separately!

I ordered this pen with two lines of imprint, the first very large, the second line smaller. When the pens arrived, The first line was SMALLER than the first! I called Amsterdam. The operator assured me she understood the order and would have them reprinted correctly. When the order arrived, it was STILL wrong! The line sizes were the same and in the same font (I asked for the first line in script). I didn't call Amsterdam, I was afraid they'd think I just wanted free pens. Not so. I delivered the pens as they were to my client. He was very disappointed. I will think a long time before ordering imprinted pens again.
