I recently purchased 48 personalized stainless steel water bottles. Everything about the purchase was wonderful. The Amsterdam Team competently answered my print "set up" questions and concerns. The Amsterdam Tean also followed up on the Internet Order with a personal phone call to see if I had any other questions or concerns. The order arrived promptly and far surpassed my expectations in both appearance and contruction quality................................But, about the first or second day after I placed my order I received an email offering me 20% off my order of water bottles. I have not had time to follow up with Amsterdam to see if they would credit my purchase cost since I am a sole proprietor CPA and I have been and am busier than a No Armed Paper Hanger. But the timing of the purchase decision followed by a day or two day later offer for a 20% off discount troubles me...........You know....about the lingering bad taste in one's mouth.......not the end of the world, but.............If it was a week or even 5 business days I could understand, but 1 or two days? SO here I sit - extremely happy about Amsterdam's product quality and service competency, but nonplused by the "timing" of my purchase decision. hasslingercpa AKA Jack Hasslinger
