Very satisfied with this pen and our customers LOVE them. We can't keep them in stock! After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned but also relieved to see that if there were complaints the company resolved the issues quickly. Our shipping was very reasonable.

Pens were great. Shipping for this company is jacked up. Cost to ship a small box of pens was $33. SERIOUSLY. BUYER BEWARE. I suppose it was my fault for not paying attention to ADDED CHARGES until I had an issue with another order and started looking. PAY ATTENTION and get quotes on a TOTAL before you order from this company.

Arrived in great time, although most of the pens do not work, and the metal tip @ the end are rusted on most of these pens. We would like some sort of resolution. Thank You.

The pens arrived in shipment. Immediately upon opening the package, it was noticed that some of the lettering on the pens had rubbed off. As I stated in the other survey submitted, there were about 40 pens with defects (lettering had rubbed off). These pens will be of no use to us, as we are after the advertisement of the type of conference. With partial lettering not present on the pens will totally defeat our purpose. We need some type of resolution on immediate basis. Thank You

we received these pens in great time, however they did not work. when we opened the pens they were dated in early 2007. the good news is we called and in a few minuits we were offered a different pen and they were shipped to us very fast and that we were very happy with. you can easily judge a company on how they handle problems. we give amsterdam an a+
