The pens arrived in shipment. Immediately upon opening the package, it was noticed that some of the lettering on the pens had rubbed off. As I stated in the other survey submitted, there were about 40 pens with defects (lettering had rubbed off). These pens will be of no use to us, as we are after the advertisement of the type of conference. With partial lettering not present on the pens will totally defeat our purpose. We need some type of resolution on immediate basis. Thank You

We are very pleased with these pens. They write very well and are comfortable to use. Our logo looks great on them.

We ordered these for our office and were disappointed because there were several that did not write and the silver cap that screws on kept falling off most of them.

I ordered these pens over the phone so I could request a proof, this was what I was instructed to do, instead, I never got a proof, never got an online invoice. I did receive 200+pens with a misprint and Amsterdam chose to up my order by 15 pens and charge me for that because that's their policy. They did replace the pens at no cost but the color I wanted wasn't available and by the time they arrived, half the presentations they were meant for were already over. I had to insist to the lady to rush the printing, but the shipping took forever. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied.
