The quality is not what we had hoped for. Once again we should have spent a little more to get that. They are astetically great but are not smooth on the working parts. The name and address print was great. Thanks

I ordered 5000 Prestige Pens however when we received them more than half of them didn't work. Not very impressed. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied

Ordered 1000 pens. Received 1050 pens and was charged for 1050 pens. So far, 30 of them have either not worked, or have stopped working very quickly after starting to write with them. Was hoping for a deal, but disapointed. Not sure if I will order from Amsterdam again as this experience is coupled with back ordered product and being douuble billed for shipping on our last order. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied

This pen looks and writes great! The mechanism is sticky on a few but no complaints otherwise. Everyone who recieves them is impressed. Very nice marketing giveaway.
