When I put an order it was suppose to be here in a couple of days. The pens were on backorder for 3 weeks. I thought they should have offered to replace with a like item. But they did not. So we had to wait for our items. As we use the pens some will write for awhile then they will stop. We have to scribble to that they will work again. But overall I am happy with the product

Quality pens—by Wright &Amp; Associates from Illinois | 5/6/2013
These pens were a good value. The printing was clear and clean. The pen writes smoothly and has a medium ball and line style. I really like the the diameter of the pen, its not too bulky and not to thin. I pass them out where ever I go. It seems everyone has there favorite color. In a bunch these pens stand out from others. There were only a couple of downfalls. I am a heavy handed when I write so sometimes the rubber grip moves out of place. As far as I know this has only happened to me so it might be how I write. When that happens I just push it back where its suppose to be. The printing on the pen scratches off if it is in a packed drawer and a couple of the pens are defective with the clicker not working. Overall I really like the pens and have gotten good feedback from others.
