these resume pens are very cheap, not a pen that I would recommend giving to important clients. These pens come apart very easily and 20 pens of the order had only partial shells, no insides. Would not recommend to anyone.
Resolution Update — We spoke with Barb to apologize and to offer a credit which she accepted. We are also sending out a sample of another pen to try out. We appreciate the chance from Barb to make this "right" for her!

The Resume Promotional Pen is Cheap—by Connie from Virginia Beach, Va | 4/25/2013
These pens did not meet my expectations. They are very cheap, the points are not precise and are wobbly. Some are cracked on the side and I even found one that didn't write at all. Do not go by the size of the lettering on the screen pen. I was concerned that my lettering would go under the clip on the pen as that is the way it appeared on the screen when I enlarged all four lines. That is definitely not the case. Older people will need their reading glasses to see my information on these pens. This was a very disappointing purchase for my company.
Resolution Update — We contacted Connie to apologize and are sending out a replacement order. We will go above and beyond to keep our customer's happy!
