I really like the Richford Padfolios. They look sharp! They are received well! They have a very professional look and feel! The imprint on the padfolio is clear, precise and rich-looking! They were used to thank people who had done major work in volunteering for a project we were working on and I received many compliments and appreciation for the gift. The problem comes when these are shipped. The reason i gave a 1 star rating on the service was because the shipping /packaging damaged the Richford Padfolios not just once, but twice. In the original order we received we had 5 padfolios that were damaged and unusable. We did a reorder of the same padfolio because we needed 15 more. In this shipping/packaging we had 9 padfolios damaged. We received the 5 replacements for the first order and are waiting for the 9 replacements on the second order. This shouldn't happen.
