we ordered a quantity of these bags and needed another one I called and was assured that it would be sent in time, we received it 3 days after we needed it.
Resolution Update — We’re very sorry we weren’t able to get you the one additional bag in time for your event. It was shipped free of charge but should have been tagged to be overnighted. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We’ll use this to improve our internal communication and we appreciate your feedback to make us better.

Product was nice, but packaging was poor. The boxes were split open exposing the merchandise to possible loss or damage. Packaging with a inner plastic bag would have been bennificial.

We just received these bags to share with our new daycare parents. The staff loved the looks of them and wanted one for themselves. Like I said, we just got them so I can't comment on the sterdiness of them, but we love the way they look.

We were very happy with our order. Torie advised us regarding the color of ink for the screening of our logo. It matched the trim color on the bag perfectly. Two of the bags of our order (80) did not have key holders. When I told Torie about it, she provided replacement bags.

To help my clients "go green" I ordered these bags. They LOVE them, especially since they are zippered. The inside zippered pouch is great too. Very strong - hold heavy items well, good looking, QUALITY. I will order these again! Good print quality.
