I work at a country club and we wanted to get totes with our logo's on it for our new members. The bag is very nice. Logo looks good. Like that it has a zipper and the straps are long enough to go over your shoulders. It does not stand up on its on really, but other than that it's a great, durable bag.

we ordered a quantity of these bags and needed another one I called and was assured that it would be sent in time, we received it 3 days after we needed it.
Resolution Update — We’re very sorry we weren’t able to get you the one additional bag in time for your event. It was shipped free of charge but should have been tagged to be overnighted. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We’ll use this to improve our internal communication and we appreciate your feedback to make us better.
