When ordering the pens, I was excited, until they arrived. The last digit of my phone number was missing. Not to mention, that there seems to ba a problem, with the spring, when you use your thumb to engage the pen it's find, but when you push it again, the pen stays stuck, instead of retracking, back up. I called the company and told them about my problems and they said, that they would make things right. They're sending me 500 new pens. So that's great. So as long as a company is willing to work with me and make there wrongs, right. I can work with them, because we all make mistakes. Mail Depot, Lexington, Ky.

I should have know by the price, I was not geting any thing of quality. I would be ashamed to hand this product to any one for a business advertisment. Richard

I received a really nice pen in the mail from another company and was ready to place an order. A pop up for Amsterdam appeared and I decided to check out their products. Their introductory cost was less than half of the other company. So, I placed the order. Received the pens and I have to say, I am not impressed. Or, as my husband said "you order cheap, you get cheap." A few of the pens have half of the printing or part of it on the clip. Looks like maybe they were put in the machine incorrectly. I called customer service and they were really nice. They said I had to check each pen and count (keep in mind I ordered 1000) how many need to be replaced. Sorry, I don't have the time to sit down and sort 1000 pens looking for printing errors. I put our website on the first line, 4 words on the second line, email address on third line and phone number on fourth line. The print is very, very small. Would I order again, probably not. I have learned from this and will look for better quality next time.

I bought this pen and since it was on sale I bought double. I received the pens and most of them don't write and most of them also stick to where you can't even use the pen. Called to report the issue and the CS rep didn't seem to care. No more business from us!!!

When my order was received, there was an extra blank line that shouldn't have been there and the print was small. I called Amsterdam and they corrected the blank line and made changes to the print size. The 2nd order received was absolutely perfect! Love, love, love these pens. Honestly, I expected a cheap, tacky pen... considering the low cost of the order. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. Also, customer service was excellent!!!
