So far two of the bottles have small leaks on the bottom. Your customer service is OUTSTANDING! Our first product was printed with a logo that was way to small, this product was replaced with the steel bottles. Also, the delivery date was not met but 15% was taken off the bill. Your company is very nice to work with and you keep your customers first. Thank you very much!!

The bottles are good, sturdy quality. We had ordered them with a logo that I uploaded on the order page, but somehow the picture didn't upload to the order. We received the bottles without the logo. When I called about this, they were willing to re-do the entire order, or give us a discount. (We chose the discount.) But there was no hassle, and they were very professional and easy to work with. For future orders, they said to make sure to e-mail the artwork, so be aware of that.

This product is great and they look sharp. I had great customer service with Steve Tedesco, but the art dept. was very confused and kept sending me proofs that I already proofed and then messed up a couple after proofing them. Thank goodness for Steve and myself following up with the art dept. or my art work would have been a mess.

These stainless fitness bottles are fantastic! Everyone that received them from us raves about them, definately a big hit at our trade shows. Only wish they came in a 32 oz size.

The bottles are nice for the price paid. I would be happier if the printing on the bottle was bigger and if the bottles could be put into the dishwasher. Otherwise, I am satisfied. By the way, a last minute change to the printing was handled to my satisfaction and beyond my expectations. I will order again.
