The engraving on the key tags was not consistant. Some where centered as should have been, some were not, and on some the engraving was crooked. Overall, the key tag is a good quality product. I would probably order it again, but would hope there is some way to ensure that each engraving is centered, and especially not crooked.

Great looking key chain but for a promotional product doesn't work that well, unless your message is very short and you can have it printed very large. This didn't work for me, but Amsterdam always aims to please and took care of things.

We were hosting an event and had a very tight deadline to work with as far as getting party favors. I placed the order with Amsterdam and the customer reps assured me that the order would be completed and shipped to us by the date requested. I called back (2) days prior to expecting the order and spoke with one of the managers. He said that he would monitor the order personally to make sure that we received our shipment on time. I called back the day after we were expecting to receive the shipment only to find out that morning that the key tags were never even printed! I spoke with the manager's supervisor and informed them that we needed these key tags ASAP. She arranged to have them shipped the following day (Saturday delivery) When I received the key tags, to my dismay, the box was in poor condition and upon opening the box, I found that countless key tags had scratches and nicks on them. I asked the supervisor if they were in the habit of just throwing products in a box and shipping them without adequate packing. Out of the 150 key tags that we ordered, (1) was broken and over (25) of them had noticeable scratches across the our company logo and other parts of the key tag. We were very displeased with the number of damaged key tags we received. Thank God we didn't need to use them all and the ones we ended up using looked the way they were supposed to - scratch-free. *Customer contacted by Amsterdam.
