overall the pens are really great! Ordering the pens was good but we wanted an assorted mix of colors and that option isn't listed, so I had to order each color in certain quantities to get all the pens. Otherwise, our patients love them and so do we.

These pens are light weight and some of them were not together when received. They were well received by the public, however, it was hard to read the logo on some colors.

This is a great pen. It writes great, feels great to hold and the bright colors set it apart from other pens. One patient commended that the blue reminded him of his Carribean vacation! I only wish it came in blue ink.

The actual pen is not so bad, but the print job was very poor. It defeats the purpose to get pens with a message if you can't read the message. The pens also come apart in shipping so you have to figure out how to put many of the pens together. Very dissatisfied. I called to complain and was told to send bck samples. Now I have to spend more money to get those back. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied
