Box was fine but had to order a pen not over 5 1/2" to fit box. The Merge pen was too long.

shipping too high - need to let your customers know the shipping and handling charges BEFORE the commit. Plus, need to ship unpersonalized objects with other shipments to save cost of shipping. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied
