I was very pleased with there custmor services. Whomever has answered the phone very respectful and helpful. I called them after may be more then 5 yrs and were able to find out my account info. Also very quick reply of e mails nad order. Received my order in 10 days. I will be there loyal customer.

The first time I ordered this product it came with the wrong imprint color and with blurry text. I called, asked to have it fixed and reprinted. The order didn't come so I called to check on it. I was told it was waiting for my approval, which I had already given. I was told it could be printed and shipped out priority to be delivered in just a couple of days. Again I waited and it didn't come. I tracked the package and it never left the factory but had been set up to go ground. By the time I got the shipment, it was too to give out for Christmas gifts. When I did get the order, the text was clearer but again, was printed in the wrong color. I was billed for the second order even though the first order was incorrect no fault of myself. Lastly I was offered a whoppen $25 credit for my trouble and spoiled holiday gifts. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!***Customer contacted by Amsterdam
