We ordered the trapezoid bag with our company logo and print. Initially two colors were selected then changed to one when we were informed that two could not be done on this bag. All seemed to be fine until we received the order and they were printed in the wrong color even though the artwork proof and confirmation stated the color correctly. Your service team was very helpful and polite dealing with the error and issuing a return. I do not recommend this particular bag to anyone who is expecting a full sized tote, it is more of a trinket bag.
