This pen writes so great, we purchased it just to celebrate our 20th anniversary and we have received a ton of compliments on the feel of the pen and the way it writes so nicely. What I am not happy about is that my customer service rep who took my order, I emailed exactly what I wanted on the pen and one of the most important lines was missing, I didnt get a proof so I did not realize until after receiving and the cs rep was to look into and get back to me, that was a few weeks ago. So, this may be my last order.
