I am well pleased with your product. We give these to first time visitors to our church services. As a vistor to other churches, I have received cheap, throw away pens, leaking coffee mugs, etc. This, however, pen is finished well. It doesn't look "cheap", though the price was very reasonable. The lettering is most excellent and very legible. I ordered from the website and the pens were delivered quickly. I will look your direction the next time we have a need for pens!

This is the second time we have ordered the Winchell Pen and have found that it is one of the better pens that we have bought in the past. It is attractive and continues to write for a good amount of time.

Not do my clients love this pen, friends & family are always asking me for them. It never fails at church, people ask "is that, that great pen were hearing about?". In reply say, "yes, would you like one?" PLEASE NEVER STOP SELLING THIS PEN!!!!

I received a sample of this pen in the mail and as soon as I used it, I told my staff "This is the coolest pen ever". My business name and phone number are brightly printed on each pen with the slogan "Accounting and Tax Services and cool pens" It's the best marketing tool I have and my clients leave with 3 or more each year so they can share with their friends. Thank you Union Pen for the cool pens !

We expect better quality. Approx. 50% of last year's shipment keep skipping when trying to write with them. It's a poor impression on our clients. The replacement shipment sent recently in January came mostly in parts. Approx. 50% or more of the pens are not put together. I left a message with our Union Pen Co Representative approx a week ago and have not yet heard back. I will try calling again to see if this may be rectified.
