Everything was good accept, I had three (3) pens that did not print the name on the pen, it was stamped on the clip.

The pens looked very nice, but they continued to twist loose and loose the ink cartridge inside. We would open the box and the pens would be in seperate pieces.

I recently (Jan 2010) ordered 100 pens for our club. The ordering process was easy, including one change I made to our inscription. Delivery was very prompt. The pens write very well. My only very minor complaint is that some pens have rough edges on the clicker on top.
