Windsong Pen

I have ordered before and never had any problem. but, I got a first order and a couple pens "popped" out of their casings. but, more importantly, I received the pens with my name and phone number and two lines listed as Line 3 and line 4. those words were on the pens; thatwas not acceptable. further, the name and phone number was not the usually nicely embossed lettering; it looked like something typed on another sheet and then slickered onto thepen. some ofthe letters were fading too. this was reported and I was told I would get a new batch, which I did. but, the only difference now is thatthetwo lines read Line 3 and Line 4 are not on the pens. but, the name and phonenumber is still looking very cheap as if some wording was typed elsewhere and pasted on and some of the letters are wearing away. it stll looks horrible. why there is a problem I do not know. but, I do not want to pay for any of it. as I said, I have never had any problems with amsterdam before, but this is pitiful.
