Font Color

I made a terrible mistake, not knowing and not having anyone to ask, I ordered my font color in black. It looked great on the screen but terrible and invisible on the pen. Love the feel of the pen the way it writes and style, but the advertising was almost for nothing.
Resolution UpdateWe contacted Better Floors to apologize. We are glad to report that a replacement order will be sent with a bolder, brighter imprint. We're only happy when our customers are happy!

2 reorder the print was so small you could not read it 1st order print was larger

I thought order was received quickly. However, I would of preferred my order take longer to arrive if it would have meant getting the proper spelling of our company name on 250 pens...that were prepaid!!!!

Order and printing errors

We orderred these pens last weekend and received them yesterday. I must say the timely delivery is well appreciated, and the customer service at the time of order was great. If our concerns are addressed promptly then I would change the star rating to 5 instead of 4. Our concerns are as such: we ordered and paid for 150 pens then received an updated invoice for 158 pens in which our CC had been charged for 158 pens instead of the 150 that were authorized. Upon receipt of the pens we found that 23 of the 158 pens had printing flaws that could not be overlooked. I must say that of the pens that we have tested, the weight, feel, and writability are wonderful; especially when you take into consideration the cost aspect. If our concerns are addressed we would consider recommending and ordering these pens again.

Resume Pen and Service

The pens I received were fine and I got them at a great price. However, the logo and printing on the pen was WAY smaller than I expected. I had asked to see it on the pen but was told Amsterdam did not have that capability. It took more than a month just to get the order placed as I was told something different by each person I talked to. The last person was the person I took out my frustrations on and she finally got the order placed and in the mail. For example, after many, many frustrating phone calls and emails I was finally given a ship date. On that exact date I received an email telling me my product was out of stock! These pens were for a 40th anniversary celebration and I was on a deadline! Working with Amsterdam had to be the most frustrating experience I've had for a long, long time!!!
