She told me they might not be able to change that because I might not get any more promotional materials. I find that extremely odd for a promotional advertising company. Good product in final delivery. Difficult at first to work with only one staff member. I did have suggestions to help my design quality but it did not get any tangible feedback. I had two products where one prototype was sent me but another had to be requested prior to production. Overall a four star with some weakness in service and coordination but overall satisfied with quality of product offered and received.(less)
