We will contact you by phone first and typically leave a voicemail if you aren’t available to answer. We will also contact you via email if we have to leave a voicemail.

Our phone lines are open from 8 AM to 8 PM EST. If you miss our first call, you are always welcome to call us back during our regular hours of operation.
+ What if I miss the phone call or email?
We will try again in a day or two, calling first and sending a follow-up email.
+ How does the design team know which email or phone number to contact me on?
We will leave a voicemail with the callback number, and you can also reply to the email we send.
+ When will I be contacted?
You should be contacted within one business day of placing your order. Our business days are Monday to Friday.
+ How long will it take to be contacted?
If an order is placed during regular business hours, we will try to contact you that same day. However, if an order is placed later in the day, we may not be able to contact you until the next business day.
+ How will I identify the phone number or email to look out for?
Our calls should be identified as either Taylor Promotional Products or Amsterdam Printing on your caller ID. Emails may come from the domain of AmsterdamPrinting.com or Taylor.com.
