• Most items under $10.00 can be sampled free of charge with free shipping. However, some restrictions may apply.
• Samples over $10.00 will be charged to your account for the cost of that item plus a nominal shipping fee.
  If you decide to place the order, we will deduct the sample cost from your order total.
• For a personalized pen- look for the "Request Personalized Sample" button on the featured pen page, select your pen color, and add to cart.
  Your complimentary pen sample will be imprinted with the name & shipping address provided at checkout.
