Welcome to Amsterdam Printing, the good place. Today's self-service tip will cover creating a new account and resetting your account password the easy way.
Go to www.AmsterdamPrinting.com.
On the main screen, go to the top right corner. Hover your mouse over account. Click on Account.
Online customers enjoy many benefits. With your free account, you can easily check your order status, reorder, review your order history, update your account details, and pay invoices.
To create a new account, click on the Create My Account button. This will direct you to the New account page. On this page fill out all applicable fields. Any field with the asterisk is a mandatory field.
Once done, click on Create Account.
You will need to enter an e-mail you would like associated with your account and create a password by entering your password in the password field and then confirm the password in the confirm password field. There are requirements for your password.
Your password must be 8 to 20 characters in length. Must contain three of the following characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one number, and at least one special character from the characters below.
If you wish to receive special offers such as promotions and early bird specials, leave the check box next to the Sign me up for special offers. Otherwise, click the check box off.
If you fail to apply characters in any field with an asterisk that field will turn red indicating an error.
Once all necessary fields are filled in and you clicked on Create Account, the screen will refresh and you will see your customer number. Take note of this number. This is what you will use to identify your account.
If you are locked out of your account or you need to reset your previous password, follow these steps.
Go to the Sign in or Create Account screen and click on Forgot your password. You will be directed to the password retrieval screen. You will need to enter the e-mail address that is associated with your account. If you do not have access to that e-mail address, you will have to contact our customer service group so that they will be able to assist you.
Type in the e-mail address that is associated with your account and click on Send Password.
Your screen will refresh and you will receive a message indicating that an e-mail link has been sent to the e-mail.
You will receive an e-mail from customerserviceamsterdamprinting.com. That e-mail will have a password reset link.
Click on the reset password now, and you will be directed back into your account where you can enter in a new password. Then you will have to confirm the password.
Again, there are password requirements. The password must be 8 to 20 characters in length, must contain three of the following characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one number, and at least one special character from the list below.
Once you've entered in your new password and confirmed your new password, click on Change Password. If successful you will see a pop up that says your password has been changed successfully. You will receive an e-mail with a subject line that says password changed.
Once you log back in using your new credentials, you will be directed to your shopping cart or saved projects, if you have any saved projects. Click Continue Shopping to continue your order or to start a new order.
If you do not remember your previous password or the e-mail address associated with your account, or you don't have access to the e-mail that's associated with your account, reach out to our service team via e-mail, chat or phone and they will be able to assist you.
