We give these calendars out to our patients, moms, dad's and grandparents every year. They are such a BIG hit!!!!! Once our supply is diminished people are saddened that they didn't get one. It is a HOT commodity.

I was assured these planners were quality. I ordered 250 and was told my bill would be $749.95 with the set up charge. I printed an order # of 7667471 which showed I was billed $1057.38. That is NOT what I was billed. You sent me more than I ordered and then charged me for your mistake. The other part of my order was pens. I was billed $1104.19 instead of $1057.38. These planners are NOT quality and are NOT leather like as advertised. I switched to you this year after ordering from Myron for years. I thought I would save our volunteer company some money. These are for the appreciation banquet of our volunteers and I am sorry I ordered them as they are clearly not the quality I have gotten in the past from Myron. Lessons learned, I will never make that mistake again and will apologize to our volunteers for the far less quality planner they are getting this year. You should also try billing people what you say you are going to. The fact you sent me more of these poor quality planners that I ordered should not permit you to bill me more.

The calendar cover looks and feels cheap. I requested our company logo, phone number and website be embossed on the cover. I was never given the opportunity to review the artwork and layout. It is very sloppy. The logo is too large in comparison to the phone number and website font size. In addition, I ordered 400 calendars and was shipped 420 calendars, and charged for 420 calendars. I called to ask why they sent me 420, and I was told it was a production overrun, and that is their procedure...to ship and charge the overrun to the customer. I told them I did not want the 20 extra calendars and they removed it from my invoice.

It took about two weeks to recieve our planners which is normal turnaround time for Amsterdam. The Amherst Desk Planner is perfect for marketing and patient's because of the size, very professional look. The colors are also great, giving the planner classy look for a great price instead of a cheap plastic planner. I will continue to order this in future.
