Laureate Translucent Academic Planner

I tried to order the TransLaureate Academic Planner online as we have done every year. I wanted to make some changes. I couldn't see what the planner cover was going to look like online, so I called Amsterdam. I was told that we would have to pay a new setup fee, and several other fees because we wanted our logo on the cover - even though they had the logo on file! So I hung up and ordered a sample from another company, which never came. I called Amsterdam back and got a very helpful woman on the phone who made the changes I wanted. However, when she sent the "proof" (so-called) it was only the text, not a mockup of the cover. When the planners came, they had no year on the front as they had previously, in spite of the fact that we had discussed that, it had been on all our previous orders and I told the woman that the calendar should look exactly as it always had - I was just changing the slogan. I don't understand why Amsterdam can't allow customers to order and see a mockup as they are making changes - every other company can!
