Torino Weekly Pocket Calendar

The Torino Pocket Calendar is a tool I use with our agency's large volunteer program. The volunteers use it to record their service hours; to make notes about their service activity; to document any monetary exchanges; and to hold the service emergency form in the front cover pocket. I have purchased this item for many years and its quality is outstanding. However, this year I am disappointed with Amsterdam's service because the engraving of the item was done incorrectly, despite my clarifying it three different times with two different staff. It was a simple directive, but they sent the product with the wrong engraving. Yes, Amsterdam has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, and they did give me a good discount on the item, which I will use despite the error. The reason being that I do not like the thought of these items being put in the garbage. Yet, I am still disappointed at the lack of the "top notch" service I have received in the past from Amsterdam associates.

I thought I was ordering a Navy Blue pocket calendar. Upon receipt, we were very disappointed because they looked more green than navy. I called and asked that a sample be sent to us to be sure I was sent the correct item. Unfortunately, the sample I received was the same as we ordered. We've been ordering pocket calendars every year for many years and these are by far the worst-looking calendars. Aside from not even looking like a navy blue (as was pictured), they look very cheap. I am well aware that colors on-line are not always as pictured, but this wasn't even close...just ugly.

This is an excellent calendar, very professional looking, neat lettering on the cover. Makes a great gift for clients at year-end for them to use the following year. Would recommend this to others.
