Looks, print, etc.

Like the looks of the pen. However, on some of the colors, you should use a Black print vs White. In addition, do not use only capital letters only by doing so some letters hard to tell different letters (i and L specifically).

poor quality

I changed to this supplier this year and will never order from them again.I had about 15 pens in the order that came apart some before and some after giving them away. One pen in the order had engraving that was not mine. Poor quality control.

Service is terrible, quality is good

I have purchased many times and always been extremely happy with the quality, and the service. I no longer have an assigned representative. I am not sure if that is why there have been so many issues with understanding what the imprint needs to be. Each time i call i get a different person. I actually placed my order over the telephone this time and it took almost an hour because he kept saying the wrong things after trying to repeat what i said. It was very frustrating. He also would not honor the higher discount code that i was emailed to use. All the extra fees that were added increased my whole order by over 100 dollars. Very disappointed. I have not gotten the actual pens yet even though it has been a little bit of time. So frustrating!!!!
